Rooted in the vibrant cultural and entrepreneurial fabric of Nepal, my journey reflects a steadfast commitment to innovation, leadership, and transformative impact. Born on June 24, 1984 (Ashadh 10, 2041 B.S.), in Ward No. 7 of the former Jamuni Village Development Committee, Bardiya district, I currently reside in Ward No. 4, Gaindakot Municipality, Nawalparasi (East of Susta), with Kathmandu serving as the strategic hub of my professional endeavors. My multifaceted career spans creative, entrepreneurial, and cultural domains, where I continuously strive to elevate standards and pioneer groundbreaking initiatives.
With over a decade of leadership in the multimedia industry, I have specialized in addressing evolving business challenges through sustainable and innovative solutions. Leading a dynamic team of professionals, I have successfully executed large-scale, impactful projects that integrate cutting-edge technology and creative excellence. In 2015, I founded Mission Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., a trailblazer in animation, advertising, and multimedia content creation for global markets. Building on this momentum, I established SoftTech International Pvt. Ltd. in 2021 to lead transformative advancements in information technology. As the founding director of both companies, I remain dedicated to delivering quality and innovation that exceed expectations.
My artistic contributions are equally notable, with over two decades of experience as a renowned singer and music composer in Nepal. With a repertoire exceeding 100 Nepali songs, I have made significant strides in preserving and promoting Nepal’s rich musical heritage. My efforts have inspired new generations of artists while elevating the country’s cultural identity on global platforms.
In my role as the President of the SAARC Music Foundation, I am spearheading efforts to establish a robust network across SAARC nations. My vision is to foster intercultural collaboration and development, leveraging the unifying power of music and culture to strengthen regional ties. By creating platforms for cross-cultural dialogue and artistic exchange, I aspire to contribute to a more interconnected and harmonious South Asia.

Musical Journey

Nepali Music Composer BP Wagle has carved a distinct identity in the musical world with his creative compositions. Following both classical and modern music, he has always focused on quality, leaving a significant mark on the musical landscape, from the audio-video era to today’s digital marketplace.

He began his formal musical education in 2006 at Gandharba Mahavidyalaya, New Delhi, and in 2010, continued his training in classical and contemporary music at the Indian Cultural Centre, Kathmandu. He studied under the guidance of Pandit Indra Prakash Trivedi. Born in 1984 in previous Jamuni VDC, Ward No. 07 of Bardiya District, Wagle had an early interest in music. He often participated in school-level cultural competitions, where he composed new songs and performed, and bagged frequent awards from his talent. In 2002, he secured the second place in the modern song competition at Mid-Western Regional Modern Song competition organized by the Web Digital Recording Studio in Nepalgunj Banke District on behalf of the First Anniversary. This marked the beginning of his formal musical career, and in 2002, he recorded his first modern song, 'yatra naroja ma sanga', in 2003 at Nepalgunj, which brought him early recognition. He staged various programs from the punch of the first show of singing. His patriotic song in the album 'mero desh', the song called 'he aama kina timro' released in 2010 which became widely popular across the nation. He went on to compose dozens of songs for compilation albums, some of which he also sang himself.
In 2012, Wagle released his debut music album 'Madhur Bachan', which featured a variety of styles and introduced fresh musical flavors to the industry. He has created music in original feeling in modern, patriotic, folk, pop, semi-classical, devotional, and children’s songs (rhymes), and informative and social awarness. His notable works include ma chhahari hun timro, yo jyan mero nepal, aaja bholi aaudinau timi, barilai maitikai yad aako, korera mitha bhabharu, banaun sahara, sabaimili banaun sakshar nepal, mero pran timinai, pakkai aba bannechha sakshar nepal, hami kheladi, rara o rara, ashantama ma thiyen, aau aau sathi hami nepal herna jaun, jata janchhu kehi sikchhu (guru), aakashama hera sathi, aau sathi bhetna jaun pyara phulalai, aajaka hami balaka, gai pali bhaisi pali, timro yadama, sanjogale bheteko pheri, khyalai khyalaima hajur bhaiyo bandhaki, ma manai rahanna, ma ta hajur bhaigayen pardeshi, sikaideuna piratiko malai bahrakhari, are his examples of compositions.
Additionally, Wagle has worked on songs promoting literacy, sports, tourism, and children's education, he has also contributed to radio jingles, advertisements, and composed music in multiple languages, including Bhojpuri, Maithili, Hindi, and Newari. His work has not only focused on entertainment but also on raising including social awareness to education, youth and sports, tourism, agriculture, women and children through his songs digging out research and message to the society. He has composed his song through animated cartoon video to color his skills in contrast others.
The Government of Nepal and various organizations for his innovative efforts in music, widely recognized and has been presented numerous awards and honors, including the Third National Rapati Music Award in 2013, the Shikhar Samman Honor in 2018, the Media Lab Production Nepalgunj Banke Honor in 2019, the Pradesh Ratna Padak from Lumbini Province in 2021, a Certificate of Appreciation from Nepal Center International in 2022, a Letter of Appreciation from Ministry of Education, Science and Technology in 2023. He has also received awards such as the Kalo Jhola Sangit Samman from Maitidevi Media in 2023, a Certificate of Appreciation in 2023 from Salman Bhojani, a Representative of House of Texas State, the Chhaya chhabi Teej Music Award in 2023, the Birat Music and Film Award in 2024, the Youth Icon Award from the Nepal Youth Council in 2024, and the National Youth Talent Honor with Cash Rs. 1,00,000/- from the Ministry of Youth and Sports in 2024. Additionally, he has been honored in 2016 by the Music Association of Nepal, Nepal Cultural Corporation, Jamal, Kathmandu and various other cultural institutions.
 
He is the General Secretary of the Bardiya Artists Society, the Secretary of the Bhardwaj Culture Preservation Center, a Lifetime Member of the Music Composer Association of Nepal, and a Member of the Royalty Collection Society of  Nepal and many other song-music related organizations. He also serves as the Central President of the SAARC Music Foundation, an organization promoting the exchange of arts and culture among South Asian (SAARC) countries.
